Success Story – Oct – Mr. Jamison
Mr. Jamison was admitted to Horizon Specialty Hospital of Henderson for continuation of care after being discharged from a long stay at an Acute Care Hospital. At arrival he required help from staff for all his daily self-care as well as bed mobility and transfers. With persistent drive and determination to work with his therapy team, Mr. Jamison has made great improvements with his strength and balance. He is now back on his feet walking with a walker and is more motivated than ever to continue to progress and achieve his therapy goals for a safe return home.
